Transitional Intelligence – Change is situational, transitions are psychological.
Transitional Intelligence (TQ) can be presented as an overview for a group of people or can be the focus of coaching sessions or specialized facilitation programme. Because Transitions can be regenerative or regressive, clients seek out support or a coach for a specific problem: managing a divorce, empty nesting, career change, a health scare, or guidance to find a new sense of renewed purpose later in life.
These are called transitions, and these circumstances are the tip of the iceberg to indicate that the client is navigating a transition and may not recognize this or understand there is a roadmap to follow.
