We sometimes forget due to our busyness 😊 that we need to practice gratitude as a way life. Ever played the “Gratitude Game” with your team or your clients? It’s a game-changer! Last week I posted a game I took my clients through, and it was an eyeopener.
Here are two options
First option is to: 1. Gather a / your team / group . 2. Each person takes a turn in the “hot seat” 3. Others share what they appreciate about that person’s work
The second option is to just play the gratitude game (Yes it says thanksgiving but we should be thankful always shouldn’t we?) so just adapt it
The results? Mind-blowing!
Studies show gratitude in the workplace leads to: • Less stress • Higher job satisfaction • Increased trust and teamwork • Better team morale
Plus, it’s a fun way to build stronger connections, especially in remote teams!
Ready to boost your team’s spirits? Try the Gratitude Game in your next meeting and watch the magic unfold! I posted this a few days ago and then I got this ——– Name a person … : ” Mrs. Toyin Ademola – a.k.a “TA”, a.k.a “Mrs. A”. I am still totally grateful to you for giving me that chance so many years ago and for still opening other doors for me, whenever you can. I have learnt a lot from you and will continue to hold you and your family in high esteem. Thank you for being a true change maker 🙏🏻.
